you can have up to a maximum of 4 and all requests must be approved

It basically means you have 'ownage'/are the 'keeper of' some things. You can put this in your signature! like for example i own 'Kerry Ellis' of course not in real life, but in here, which means nobody else can say that they 'own' her in their sigs cause i already have her!

Sorry it's taken so long to confirm

you cant have 'the character of Fiyero:played by Oli'
as Oli is technically taken
you can have *toss toss*
you cna have the tear
but you cant have Kerry as Elphaba as bothe Kerry and the character of Elphaba are taken, so theres no way to 'word' yourt way around it, as it were lol
